This Thursday, January 4 at 7pm, come and take part in the 3rd workshop with Lisa, our neighbouring physiotherapist and climbing trauma specialist!

This session focuses on mobility and specific muscle strengthening, with a view to preventing injuries.

This workshop will take place on the 2nd floor of the Corti, in the grotto area 🧗‍♀️

For safety reasons, the number of participants is limited to 12. Only those paying admission (10-entry card and season tickets included) will be able to take part! Come and register at reception the week before the event.
