💪 Thursday 30/05, come and learn the basics of good physical preparation for climbing! 💪

Bastien Lefevre, founder of @costaud_performance, invites you to an evening dedicated to climbing-specific training, without being on the wall!

Starting at 7:30pm, he will give a theoretical talk, followed by a practical session in the training area on the Corti floor!

Registration is required for this evening, and you'll need to pay an entrance fee to the hall to take part! 12 people max 🔥
