🎞️Projection of the film: La ligne du Lac ⛰️

La ligne du Lac is a project dreamed up by @Gary Ozeray: a traverse of the peaks above Lake Annecy, staying as close as possible to the edge of the ridges. This 45-kilometer adventure, completed in 12 hours, with 15 summits covered and 4,700 meters of positive vertical drop, is a solitary crossing, but one shared with a group of friends.

An experience that combines trail-running, climbing and mountaineering in a 100% alpine spirit.

This Thursday, January 4 at 7pm, come and take part in the 3rd workshop by Lisa, our kiné neighbor and climbing trauma specialist!

On the program for this session, work on mobility and specific muscle strengthening, with a view to preventing injuries.

This workshop will take place on the 2nd floor of Le Corti, in the cave area 🧗‍♀️

For safety reasons, the number of participants is limited to 12 places. Only those paying an admission fee (10-entry card and season tickets included) will be able to take part! Come and register at reception the week before the event!
